Pastor,

Our churches should have a well developed and organized Sunday school program with established worker qualifications and policies, curriculum, record keeping and have trained teachers working with the young people.  Many churches need to make improvements in these areas, and church planters need to begin a Christian Education program.

God has burdened us to work as church planters specializing in these areas.  As a pastor yourself, you know that ministering to young people is a key element to having a growing, healthy church that reaches families.  We intend to use our training and experience working with young people in direct support of church-planting efforts.  Seeing and sharing the burden of church-planting Pastors, our ministry will increase the effectiveness of efforts to establish Baptist churches in growing areas.

America needs more churches, and there is a growing alertness among fundamentalism about the need for planting churches in America.  We need to reach more families with the gospel and disciple them to a place of service for the Lord within the local church.  Where will our nation be if we do not build more churches to Evangelize and Train the Next Generation?  How can we send missionaries into all the world with the gospel of Christ without a strong supporting base of churches to send them?
